Workout Quickie

Today’s post is going to be super quick, because I need to study for a neuro quiz. In between hitting the books, I decided I needed a quick workout break. Today was my rest day from half training, but I thought a quick toning workout wouldn’t hurt 🙂

My requirements for tonight’s workout were: quick, effective, and fun. Luckily, I know two awesome trainers that always know how to meet my workout requirements! These trainers are Karena and Katrina from Tone It Up! I know I reference them weekly, but I just can’t help it..they’ve influenced my healthy living habits and workout routines drastically over the past two years!

Anyways, tonight’s workout consisted of 2 videos: The Summer Arms Workout and the Booty, Lower Abs and Love Handles Workout. Combined, the workouts took me about 16 minutes to complete. I now feel re-energized and ready to focus my attention back to studying!

Tonight’s dinner was simple: Turkey burger with sauteed asparagus and mushrooms. It only took 15 minutes to make. Simple, delicious, and smiley 🙂
