Pumpkin Spiced Greek Yogurt

Hey there lovelies!

Since we’re transitioning into fall time, I thought I’d share with you a recipe for a simple fall-inspired treat! Last night, while studying I was starting to feel hungry. I knew that having greek yogurt would tide me over, but I wanted to spice it up. Since I had leftover pumpkin puree in the fridge from making pumpkin protein pancakes this weekend, I decided to add it into vanilla greek yogurt with pumpkin spice and cinnamon. The result was scrumptious!

To make this yummy fall treat you will need:

1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt

1 tbs of pure pumpkin puree

dash of pumpkin spice

dash of cinnamon

*Stir the pumpkin into the yogurt to get a nice and even orange color. Top with pumpkin spice and cinnamon and enjoy!*

I loved how this kept me feeling satisfied while studying late at night. The vanilla flavor of the yogurt and the natural sweetness from the pumpkin blended together perfectly to satisfy my sweet tooth.
